What this site provides
There is no way to place a real bet on this site, and there never has been. The guide describes a game, shows Spribe's fun-mode demo where nothing is paid out, and sets out the legal position in India, where online money games have been prohibited since 1 May 2026. Using the site means you agree to the terms on this page.
Who may use the site
The site is intended only for people aged 18 or over. If you are younger, please leave. You are also responsible for following the laws that apply where you are. In India, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the 2026 Rules prohibit online money games. We do not give legal advice on what this means for you.
Content we do not control
The Aviator demo is supplied by Spribe and runs in fun mode with play credit. Nothing won in it has any value or can be withdrawn. Its availability and behaviour are controlled by Spribe, not by us, and Spribe's own terms may apply once you start it.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
Aviator and Spribe are trademarks of Spribe. Other names and logos that appear belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify what we are writing about, and their use does not suggest any approval or partnership. Screenshots and the game's logo appear only to show readers what the official game looks like, and they remain Spribe's property.
What we cannot promise
We try to keep the guide accurate, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Games, rules and laws change.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the site, from using the demo or from visiting a linked website.
Revisions and questions
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The current version is dated Oct 13, 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
